Meet Giuseppe: AI-chef for vegans

Not everyone eats animal products in a modern world, but even vegetarians, vegans and other people with special culinary preferences sometimes want to feel this taste. Various technologies are regularly invented for the production of artificial meat and other "forbidden" products.

Chilean startup NotCompany also decided to please vegans and created the AI ​​algorithm Giuseppe, which is able to identify suitable substitutions for the traditional food. The first achievement of the program is the replacement of egg yolk in mayo with a mixture of peas, potatoes, basil and canola oil.

The developers claim that Giuseppe will not stop there and will soon apply his artificial intelligence to identify suitable vegetable-based ingredients to recreate the taste of Greek yogurt and even chocolate.
