Currently, the Russian Federation is already developing an artificial intelligence state standard. One is going to approve AI technology norms in 2019–2020. On April 9, Nikita Utkin, the Head of Corporate Development at the Russian venture company, will tell AI Conference in Moscow about the AI state standard.
Nikita Utkin is an experienced specialist in consulting, investments, strategic planning, as well as in technology and market analytics. Since 2011, he has been working for RVC JSC, a government-owned company engaged in building Russia’s national innovative system. Today, he leads corporate development of public company.
The expert is involved in the implementation of the ‘Digital economy of the Russian Federation’ program and is the Head of Technical Committee “Cyber-Physical Systems” established as part of RVC in 2017. Members of this committee focus on the standardization of technologies related to AI, IoT, smart cities, and bit data.
