Rostelecom will recruit employees with the help of AI. Artificial Intelligence will analyze profiles of jobseekers on popular recruiting websites and social networks.
The algorithm will automatically select up to fifteen relevant CVs. One of the main challenges is to choose those, who potentially can work out in the company for at least six months.
Developed at the end of 2016, the project is being tested in Moscow and 14 regions.
Now, Rostelecom is planning to use AI for recruiting call center employees. But to judge whether the company will apply AI for searching for other specialists is still too early.
