Russian car sharing service YouDrive developed a Telegram chatbot. The project is designed to allow customers rent cars and communicate possible car problems faster.

What does the chatbot do?

The chatbot answers different questions about the service, for example, explains how to rent a car or what should be done in case of emergency. Queries can be written in free form.

The robotized system allowed reducing the number of calls by 66% and email queries by 33%. Now queries are processed much faster and customers do not have to wait for a long time.

Aviasales

Aviasales, the platform intended to search for airline tickets, developed a chatbot that looks for discount tickets. It is available on Telegram, Slack, Viber, and Facebook.

What does the chatbot do?

Users inform the chatbot where and when they want to go and specify the amount of the desired discount. As soon as the price of the corresponding tickets goes down, the bot notifies the customer.

Around 9,700 journeys were organized this way. The chatbot picks more than 34,000 tickets per day.

Papa Johns

Pizza chain Papa Johns developed a Telegram chatbot in 2016. To place an order, you can just turn to the virtual assistant, there is no need to visit the website or make a phone call.

What does the chatbot do?

The chatbot helps to choose pizza, snacks, and drinks, arranges delivery, and sends the order to the kitchen.

Over the first three months of the chatbot work, users made more than 5,000 orders and more than 10,000 users used the chatbot service.

Alfa Bank

Alfa Bank integrated an intelligent chatbot into corporate operations.

What does the chatbot do?

The chatbot can provide over 1,000 answers to different questions. It consults customer managers and answers internal queries of employees 24/7.

The chatbot reduced working hours spent on routine tasks and increased the speed of provided answers by more than 50 times allowing to increase the service quality.

Webbankir

The instant e-credit system Webbankir started to use a chatbot in 2017. The chatbot is available on Viber and Telegram.

What does the chatbot do?

Around 80% of regular customers turn to the chatbot service and it processes 40% more queries than other communication channels.

The chatbot reduced expenses related to hiring new employees. The company refused from 10 call center operators and several lawyers. In the first month and half, more than 1,500 queries were processes, more than 250 work hours were saved, and customer support got faster.
