To simplify and increase efficiency of officials’ work, Dubai Emirate government is going to implement artificial intelligence systems in state organizations.

Dubai Smart Government Establishment (DSGE) and Smart Dubai Office are implementing the project. Next month, one will start preparing two hundred specialists being expected to carry out the initiative.

Experts believe that it will help officials to improve efficiency and avoid mistakes in decision-making. For instance, one wants to replace call centers for the AI system and apply cognitive computing to help parents choose education establishments for their children. The system advantage is obvious in making decisions requiring data bulk processing.

It is not the first emirate initiative: police in the administrative center of Dubai has been using special software predicting commission of a crime since previous year.
