The specialist has been working in Rostelecom since 2014. He has had a position of a Director of the Department of Workers Evaluation, Education and Development.
Since 2017, the speaker has been the Director of HRM Technologies and Analytics Department. He automates the HR management, develops HRM analytics and reports, as well as creates various services for staff.
