The specialist has been working for the company over 17 years, running robotic automation for three years. Felix Skvortsov started his career as an automated data systems implementation specialist. Afterwards, he moved to the position of an engineer at the Central Technical Support Service. Less than in a year, he became a deputy head of staff training. Since 2006, he has been a technical manager for consultancy ITIL/ITSM projects and technical support.
Currently, as the head of robotic process automation, he is responsible for communication with key customers and new vendors, as well as for innovation solutions. One of the solutions was the development of a smart chatbot successfully integrated into the first line technical support of M.Video-Eldorado Group.
